Coaching

The GraduateCenter offers doctoral researchers and early-stage postdocs the opportunity to receive individual coaching.

Coaching is a confidential one-to-one conversation between a coach and a client (coachee) during which personal resources and new perspectives are identified and reflected upon. The coachee is supported in defining individual goals, planning the next steps, overcoming potential obstacles, and advancing in their personal and professional development.

The coaching offer is based on the concept and methods of systemic consultation. It takes into account the coachee's current life circumstances, tasks, and roles.

A successful coaching process requires that the coachee has a personal interest in self-reflection and development.

The conversations take place in a confidential setting, secrecy is of course guaranteed.
